First of all, I blame Lou. He mismanaged that eighth inning horribly. Should have let Edmonds bat. He's hot, and he's a veteran. Even if he makes an out, at least you have Murton to bat in the ninth instead of Ronny "swing at pitches nowhere near the strike zone because I am a fucking moron" Cedeno. That cost the game. That, and Eric "I'll get it because I am fucking moron who can't catch" Patterson.
Bases loaded, no outs and we cannot score. Because the bench was burnt and because Cedeno and Blanco can't tell a strike from a pig. I don't blame Fukudome -- he was just overmatched.
Fuck. Could have and should have won that game.
